Existing patients may make an appointment with our nurse for the following:
- Childhood Immunisations
- Adult Immunisations (we only stock Government supplied immunisations, you will need to make a prior appointment with a GP for any immunisation required by prescription)
- Rpt de-sensitisation injections
- Wound management
- Chronic Disease Management Plans (Care Plans) and Team Care Arrangements (EPC- Enhanced Primary Care program)
- Health Assessments (75+ Assessment, Intellectual Disability assessment, chronic disease risk health assessments and 4 year old healthy kids checks)
- Ear Wash Out procedures (following a visit with your GP for a treatment plan)
